(“Website”) and related mobile site (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
The Platform is owned and operated by Surpankh, managed by its owner, with its registered office at M-129, 3rd Floor, Backside, Guru Harkishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110087, Above Tony Properties (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Cancellations
3.1 Shipping & Delivery: Orders are processed based on Product availability. Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.
3.2 Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed by the system.
3.3 Returns/Refunds: Our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds is governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
8.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
